Hello Community, At my current Customer, I am facing a strange issue that I’ve never encountered before. In a Nutshell one of the user (A) sent meeting cancellation to all attendees of the original meeting that was sent by users (B), the strange thing is that this user (A) sent the cancellation as “send on behalf of” whereas user (A) absolutely doesn’t have any rights on user (B) mailbox, or any Mailbox folder. I’ve checked the permissions of user (B) Mailbox, verified the Extended rights etc. Second strange part of the puzzle is that user (A) who sent the meeting cancellation was an intended recipient of the meeting invite. As per as my best knowledge when a user receives a meeting invite only gets three options <Accept> , <Decline> , <Tentative> via Outlook client, OWA or BES / Smart phones. Further looking into this issue I was able to track the meeting cancellation message in HTS, but when I looked at the User (A) & user (B) ‘s sent Items Folders & Deleted Items folder that message wasn’t there. I’m hoping anyone in the community might have seen this behavior. Hello, Does this issue occur for all the users? Can we reproduce the issue when the B user cancel the meeting request via OWA? You can double confirm the mailbox permission via the exfolders tool: http://gallery.technet.microsoft.com/Exchange-2010-SP1-ExFolders-e6bfd405 Thanks, Simon
